Welcome to the OAUG/Quest Industrial Manufacturing Benchmarking survey. This survey is designed to facilitate executive decision making by obtaining key industry performance indicators and benchmarking your company against other survey participants. This ongoing benchmarking survey is a value added service of Oracle. The survey is completely voluntary and each participating organization will receive a custom benchmarking report outlining industry averages and quartile values. The benchmarking report will include comparison data for those areas and key performance indicators you choose to complete. All findings will be kept strictly confidential and only average and quartile information will be published in the benchmarking report. Each participant can complete the survey on a regular (12-24 months) basis to benchmark on-going company performance.
This benchmarking survey encompasses key areas in manufacturing and functional areas of the organization. Basic financial data is required to start this survey and the survey will likely require subject matter experts within your organization to answer different sections. If you have no experience with an area or are not sure of the answer, please leave that value blank or choose “N/A” (Not Applicable). Additionally, you may print each section and distribute to others within the organization best suited to complete those sections. Printing can be done within the web browser application for each section.
